摘 要:在经济全球化的今天,跨国经营在世界经济中占据着重要的地位。分析和研究文化差异对跨国经营的影响对增强企业的国际竞争力,实现跨国经营大发展具有重大意义。本文从了解跨国经营的兴起与发展历程入手,分析出跨国经营中的民族文化、价值文化、制度文化、经营理念、人力资源差异因素所带来的积极和消极影响,并对其所带来的消极影响提出相应的对策。文化差异对跨国经营的消极影响不容忽视,通过沟通交流,进行文化整合,在共同经营的目标下,创造最大效率的财富。36702 毕业论文关键词:跨国经营;文化差异;经营理念
Analysis of Cultural Differences in Transnational Operation and its Effects
Abstract:In today’s economic globalization, transnational operation has occupied the important position in the world economy. The analysis and research of the effects of cultural differences on transnational operation equips with important meanings on enhancing the international competitiveness of enterprises and implementing the development of transnational operation. This paper starts from the rise and development course of transnational operation , analyzes the positive and negative effects brought by the factors of nation culture, value culture, system culture, operation concepts and human resource differences in transnational operation and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the corresponding negative effects. The negative effects of cultural differences on transnational operation cannot be neglected. By communication and cultural integration, the maximum efficiency of wealth is created in the goal of mutual operation.
