Abstract: Our country is currently the world's most populous country, corresponding the number of elderly population in the world is also top of the list, along with the increase of aging speed and aging degree of deepening, aging ahead of the current economic level appeared in advance, it will bring to China's social and economic rapid development caused far-reaching influence. This paper in an ageing population and the old human resources development, on the basis of definition, according to the characteristics of Chinese society, refer to the current status of older human resource development in our country, using the scientific method, the aging of the population problem in China and reasons for analysis, and proposes the corresponding solution

前言
我国进入二十一世纪后，老年人口的数量进入了高速增长时期，老龄化的程度也大大加深，老年人占我国总人口的比例也会渐渐加大，并且我国老龄化是在人居GDP、综合国力较低、社会保障体系不健全的情况下出现的，这大大阻碍了我国社会经济的发展。如何正确的对待和利用好蕴藏着巨大人力资源的老年群体，这会成为我们迫在眉睫的问题，本文在当前研究现状的基础上，通过一系列科学的研究方法，从老有所为的角度探讨我国老年人资源未来的出路。
