Abstract：Modern service industry is an important part of the service industry, is playing an increasingly important role in economic development in china. Henan is located in the Central Plains, the geographical position is superior, good resource endowment, radiation and leading role prominent. The development of modern service industry is an effective way to adjust the industrial structure optimization of Henan, promote the integration of the development of the advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry, accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the realization of Henan has important theoretical and practical significance for the great leap forward development and scientific development. To study the current situation and influence factors of the development of modern service industry in Henan, advantages, shortcomings and found the factors influencing the development of modern service industry in Henan Province, put forward the development countermeasures of Henan modern service industry

河南省现代服务业发展中存在的问题与对策研究
前言
据发达国家服务业发展的经验表明，现代服务业对一个国家或地区现代经济发展起着十分重要的作用，是一个国家和地区现代化经济发展程度的重要标志之一。河南省自改革开放以来，服务业的发展也逐步加快，虽然与沿海城市的服务业相比，河南省的服务业还有很大差距，缺乏市场竞争力。然而市场竞争越发激烈，服务业对外发展的程度决定着一个地区服务业的命脉与发展前景。如何解决河南省现代服务业对外发展的不足以及存在的问题显得尤为重要。由于河南省发展服务业时间较晚，且基于河南省的实际情况，人口众多，资源较少，虽然在一定程度上取得了不错的成绩，但是河南省现代服务业的结构层次还有很大问题。并且对外开放程度不够，导致河南省的服务业落后于其他国家。在今后的发展中，服务业的比重在不断的上升。如何有效的提升服务业对外发展就显得格外重要。
