Abstract: In today's world trade is developing vigorously, and accelerating the process of introduction of foreign capital in our country,the scale is growing,this makes our country to attract foreign direct investment has become one of the largest countries. But the regional Foreign direct investment in China and the choice of regional investment has a significant difference.This article through the literature to explore in the basic situation of China's foreign investment development,differences emerged in the areas of foreign investment,factors of location choice change area and the difference of regional economy,cost factors such as a series of foreign direct investment impact, according to the data information of every area of our country, summarizes the decision the main factors of foreign direct investment in the region.

对华外商直接投资地区性差异的决定性因素分析
前言
随着改革开放的深化，我国在利用外资上已经取得了很大的进步。不仅外商的投资规模不断的扩大，利用外资的产业结构也得到了优化。在1978年前，几乎没有外商对华直接投资，而现在外商直接投资这个因素已经成为推动我国经济高速增长的重要力量之一，同时它也带动了国内经济的迅猛发展。我国不仅实现了经济迅猛发展的奇迹，也实现了在吸引外资方面的世界的一个奇迹。
由于引进外资的步伐不断加快，引进规模的不断扩展，外商在我国各个区域上的投资策略出现了明显的差异，那么外商愿意选择何种地区进行投资，我国各地区如何进行发展才能成功吸引外资则成为不可忽视的一个问题，因此，在我国区域范围内对华外商直接投资地区性差异的决定性因素分析的研究意义在于利用统计数据和资料去研究外商选择何种地区进行投资的原则，被投资地区应具备何种因素，找出问题的关键所在，让各个地区能更好地吸引外商投资，促进我国经济的持续发展。
