Countervailing Investigation Influence On China’s Export Trade
Abstract:Under the enormous tides of market-oriented economy, China’s export trade increases rapidly, at the same time encounter the trade friction is upgrade.Many countries anti-subsidy situation trade protection is raising in addition to the traditional anti-dumping.In this paper, analysis of the rising current situation and existing problem of China’s anti-subsidy：subsidy policy conflict with WTO、enterprise cope with negative、government regulation imperfect. Lead to our export trade is hit hardly, in depth analysis the adverse effects of the export and the related products. In response to the countervailing investigation, put forward the measures of government change the tax policy and perfect the law; Meanwhile enterprise should response to positive and establish a special legal team .

反补贴调查对我国出口贸易的影响 前言
随着全球经济环境的不断优化，各国对外贸易都得到了很大的发展，与此同时中国的进出口贸易也取得高速的提升并成为了世界性的贸易大国。但是为了占据对外贸易经济上的有利地位，各国不断扩大贸易范围的同时出现了相互抗衡的状态。我国进出口贸易的扩大拓宽了与他国的联系，但产生的贸易摩擦也日益加剧。随着美国金融危机导致的世界经济整体下滑，各国的经济环境、政治环境开始改变，向中国提出的贸易调查案件不断增多，使得我国激励性的出口贸易政策面临困境。
自2001年中国加入世贸组织之后对外贸易额逐年增长，WTO规定对外贸易国在进口产品时面临倾销、补贴和过激增长会对国内该产品的销售产生阻碍的情况下，可以使用反倾销、反补贴和保障措施的贸易手段保护国内产业不受制约。一直以来反倾销成为我国贸易救济范围的主要工作，但是就现在的对外贸易冲突和国外对我国实施贸易壁垒的现状来看，新的挑战将出现在国际贸易中，即国外对我国出口产品采取反倾销和保障措施调查的同时，性质更为严重、影响更为深远的贸易保护措施反补贴调查的数量处于上升阶段。
