摘要融资融券业务会影响股票市场，尽管这种影响是正面的还是负面的，实证分析中的结论不尽一致。本文通过实证分析，就融资融券如何影响股票市场质量提供一些实证分析支持。47542

在对国内外相关研究进行梳理、综述之后，本文对我国融资融券交易的现状进行了概述。接着，就融资融券如何影响股市质量进行了理论概括和总结。然后，选择我国深圳市场2011年至2012年的样本资料，就融资融券对股市波动性和流动性影响进行了实证分析。结果表明，融资融券交易可以降低股票市场的波动性，融资影响大于融券。另一方面，融资融券交易对于股票市场的流动性影响不显著。

Title    An empirical study on the impact of margin trading on the quality of Shenzhen stock market 

Abstract

Margin trading business will affect the stock market, although this effect is positive or negative, the results of the empirical analysis are not consistent. Through empirical analysis, this paper provides some empirical analysis support on how to affect the quality of the stock market.
