【摘要】： 随着全球经济一体化和区域经济一体化进程的加快，技术性贸易壁垒已成为了WTO框架下新贸易壁垒的主要形式之一，其影响也远超关税壁垒，严重阻碍了我国农产品出口贸易的健康发展，所以通过深入剖析我国所面临的技术性贸易壁垒对于农产品出口贸易的发展具有一定的现实意义。本文主要是从我国加入世界贸易组织以后农产品贸易遭受技术性贸易壁垒的现状着手，通过分析这种现状存在的原因，并以此为基础就有效应对、维护我国合法权益提出合理化建议，从而帮助我广大农产品出口企业规避风险，实现农产品出口贸易的健康发展。52794

The effect of technical barrier to trade on our foreign trade- Based on Agricultural Research

Abstract: With the acceleration of economic integration and regional economic integration process, technical barriers to trade under the WTO framework has become one of the main forms of new barriers to trade, and its impact which has hindered the healthy development of agricultural products export trade and far beyond tariff barriers. So it has a certain practical significance to the development of agricultural export trade by in-depth analysis of technical barriers to trade. This article is based on the current situation of agricultural trade suffering TBT after China's accession to WTO. By analyzing the reasons for the existence of this situation, we can put forward some reasonable suggestions and give an effective response to safeguard the legitimate interests of our country to help the majority agricultural export enterprises to avoid risks, to achieve healthy development of the agricultural export trade.
