摘要：作为我国金融业的主要力量，我国银行近年来受到内外各种因素的影响，不良资产呈现快速增长态势，给银行的发展乃至整个金融业的发展带来极大的隐患。建行江苏分行作为一级支行，其不良资产问题也比较严重，而其不良资产的形成原因多样化，包括了内部的治理结构、风险管控机制以及不良资产清收等方面的问题，也包括了外部的经济环境持续恶化以及地方政府行政干预过多等原因。经过探讨，文章认为，要有效降低这些不良资产，建行江苏分行应该做好内部治理结构的完善，运用法律维护权利的同时努力尝试不良资产处置的新方式，地方政府也应该相应减少行政干预力度。72070

Abstract：As the main force of China's financial industry, Bank of China in recent years by various internal and external factors influence, the non-performing assets presents the fast growth momentum, to the development of banks and even the entire financial industry brings great risks。 Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank as the first level branch, the non-performing assets problem is more serious, and the non-performing assets of the reasons for the formation of persification, including the internal governance structure, risk management mechanism and non-performing assets clearance at the problem, including the external economic environment continued to deteriorate and local government administrative intervention too much wait for a reason。 After the discussion, this paper argues that, to effectively reduce the non-performing assets, Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank should do a good job in the improvement of internal governance structure, promote legal rights, and actively explore new ways of disposing of bad assets, to promote local governments to reduce administrative intervention。

1引言

银行良性发展能够有效带动国家经济的发展。但近年来，国内经济条件持续恶化，企业经营困难，加上一些借贷人恶意不还贷，各类银行产品收益较差，银行业的竞争越来越激烈、投资失败、内部监管等问题，银行的不良资产出现迅速上升趋势， 2015年第三季度，以四大行为首的中国银行业净利润增速继续下滑，不良资产“双升”仍旧保持，这种境况已经严重影响到诸多银行的健康发展，建设银行更是达到了1。58%。而江苏建设银行，作为建设银行的重要组成，在发展过程中，也同样面临这个问题，为此，迫切需要加强研究和分析。论文网
