摘要本论文在研究前人理论成果的基础上，根据PZB的SERVLQUAL模型及相关电子商务服务质量评价模型，提出跨境电商平台服务质量的评价模型，用以评价第三方跨境电子商务平台的服务质量。需要指出的是，本模型是从卖家角度对平台服务质量进行评价，从而得到该平台的服务质量。而第三方平台卖家一般都选择个人偏好（或买家指定）的物流公司，且物流不属于平台的组成部分，所以不对物流的相关方面的服务质量进行讨论。73715

本模型分为四个维度：隐私保护、平台性能、合理的规则、可靠性、响应性、移情性，每个维度下包含3-5个具体条目，用以具体测评跨境电商平台的服务质量。

本论文以速卖通为例，发放调查问卷收据，发现速卖通服务质量较差的部分，并提出具体的优化措施。

On the basis of previous theoretical research results, according to the SERVLQUAL PZB model and related e-commerce service quality evaluation model,I put forward a model for cross-border electronic business platform to evaluate the quality of service.The model is used to evaluate  service quality of cross-border e-commerce platform( for third-party). It should be noted that the present model is the platform from the perspective of the seller service quality is evaluated to obtain the quality of service of the platform. The third-party platform sellers generally choose personal preference (or buyers designated) of logistics companies, logistics and not part of the platform, so does the quality of logistics services related aspects are discussed. The model is pided into four dimensions: privacy protection, platform performance, reasonable rules, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, 3-5 under each dimension contains specific entries for specific evaluation of cross-border electronic business platform service quality. In this paper ALIEXPRESS example, questionnaires receipt and found AliExpress poor service part, and to make concrete optimization measures.
