Abstract
In the background of economic globalization, our country launched the "going out" strategy. Increasing foreign direct investment in our country today, and its impact on the national economy will be increasing. Our country is in China's New Normal, To promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has become one of the important tasks of foreign direct investment. By studying China's foreign direct investment on the domestic industrial restructuring and its effects path, put forward policy recommendations for the future of our country how to better carry out foreign direct investment in order to stimulate domestic industrial upgrading. 对外直接投资对我国产业结构的影响
一、引言
（一）研究背景与意义
改革开放以来，我国更加重视“走出去”战略的实施，我国从官方层面上支持我国对外直接投资的开展，且由于目前我国已在部分产业中出现了产能过剩的情况，对外直接投资的加强更具有现实意义，故我国目前已经将“引进来”和“走出去”两大战略置于同等重要的地位。根据商务部发布的最新数据，2015年我国对外直接投资为 1180 亿美元。这体现出，我国对外直接投资对产业结构调整的影响正在逐步增大。
我国的产业结构在转型升级中取得了一定的成绩，但目前存在着第三产业在产业结构比例中所占比重偏低，产业技术水平低等问题。我国在开展对外直接投资时并未实现国内产业结构现代化。政策制定者希望通过加强我国企业的对外直接投资从而对我国的产业结构转型升级提供进一步的支持。本文主要研究我国对外直接投资对我国产业结构调整的影响，为我国在十三五时期如何进行对外直接投资进而带动国内产业结构升级提出相应的政策层面建议。
