摘要随着改革开放的逐渐深化，中国经济经过了近40年火箭式的发展，中国制造业在世界制造业范围内迅速成长起来，由一个制造弱国变成一个制造大国，但距离制造强国还有很长一段路要走，而德国作为“世界工厂的制造者”，有非常多的成功经验可以让我们去学习。与此同时，随着中国外汇储备的不断增加以及“走出去”政策的进一步支持，中国制造业逐步加大了对德的直接投资。然而，我国制造业对外直接投资发展开始较晚，所以在对德国直接投资的过程中的现状不甚理想。82743

Title Chinese Direct Investment in the Manufacturing Sector of Germany: Current Situation, Problems and Solutions

Abstract With the gradual deepening of reforming and opening up, China's economy has experienced nearly 40 years of rapid development, China's manufacturing industry has grew up quickly in the world manufacturing range, has grew up from a weak country by the manufacturer into a manufacturing country, but also there is still a long way to be the manufacturing power,and German as a "world factory-maker" ，has many successful experiences for us to learn。 At the same time, with further support for growing China's foreign exchange reserves and "going out" policy, Chinese manufacturing ratcheted up against Germany's direct investment in order to obtain the successful experience made in German。 However, foreign direct investment in the development of China's manufacturing industry started late, so the status quo in the process of German direct investment is still not ideal enough。

Papers from the status quo of China's manufacturing direct investment in German,and then analyzes the reasons for Germany to become the first choice of Chinese manufacturing investment, and further analyzes and discusses the issue of German direct investment in China's manufacturing sector facing in the process。Finally try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on China's manufacturing industry to the German direct investment。
