摘要江苏省加工贸易自改革开放以来，依靠其得天独厚的廉价劳动力成本优势、地理位置优势和政策偏向优势得到迅速发展，成为江苏参与国际分工最主要的对外贸易方式之一。江苏省经济的起飞在很大程度上依赖于加工贸易的蓬勃发展，加工贸易毫无疑问地成为了推动江苏经济发展的主要动力。但其在快速发展的同时暴露出的一系列问题意味着目前的发展模式已经不能很好地适应江苏省经济的发展现状，加工贸易必须转型升级。 82847

本文在回顾国内外关于加工贸易转型升级研究成果的基础上，首先界定了江苏省加工贸易转型升级的内涵，接着多元化分析了江苏省加工贸易发展的现实情况，既肯定了江苏省加工贸易对江苏省经济增长做出的重要贡献，又分析其转型升级过程中存在的问题与困难，提出其转型升级的客观必要性。最后，结合江苏省加工贸易发展现状，借鉴国内外经验，提出江苏省加工贸易转型升级的相关路径，积极探索应对江苏省加工贸易转型升级，旨在为我省加工贸易的转型升级提供有价值的参考。

Title    A Study on the countermeasures of the restructuring and  upgrading of processing trade in Jiangsu Province     

Abstract Since the reform and open policy of China, processing trade in Jiangsu depending on kinds of superiorities developed fast and became the Province's most important trading form。 Jiangsu Province's economy took- off in a large extent，which stems from the rapid development of  Processing trade。 Processing trade in Jiangsu has become an important Part of the national economy and promoted economic growth in the main Power。 Jiangsu Province processing trade industry exposes a series of questions while its fast development, which already could not adapt Jiangsu economy development, the processing trade must transform and upgrade。 

Start from theories on processing trade transformation and upgrading home and abroad，the article analyzes present situation of Jiangsu Province Processing trade, summarizes existence questions of Jiangsu Province Processing trade。 Finally, combining the actual situation of processing trade in Jiangsu province, Policy suggestions aimed to Promote the transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu Province processing trade are put forward。
