摘 要:文化创意产业作为一项逐步成为世界经济活动核心的产业,在当今文化与政治经济相互交融的时机下应运而生,从而也越来越受到政府部门的重视。从我国于2011年提出的“文化强国”战略,到2015年“十三五”规划纲领中提出的“公共文化服务体系基本建成,文化产业成为国民经济支柱型产业”目标,都表明政府职能在对文化创意产业发展的引导中都起着举足轻重的作用。在经济全球化的今天,如何建立文化自信,发挥文化创意产业的优势,开辟政府职能在文化创意产业发展过程中的新角色,是政府在文化创意产业发展中“职能研究”的新课题。本文试论我国政府对文化创意产业发展的影响,以期探讨新经济形态下文化创意产业发展的状况。84201

Study on the Government Functions in the Development of Chinese Cultural and Creative Industries
Abstract: As industries that are becoming the core of world economic activities, cultural and creative industries came into being under the opportunity of today's cultural, political and economic integration, and thus they have got more and more attention from the government departments。 From the "culturally strong country" strategy raised by our country in 2011 to the “Public cultural service system is basically built, and cultural industry becomes a pillar industry of the national economy。” target proposed by the "13th Five-Year" planning program in 2015, all show that government functions play an important role in guiding the development of cultural and creative industries。 In today's economic globalization, how to establish cultural self-confidence, make full use of the advantages of the cultural and creative industries and open up the new role of the government functions in the process of the development of the cultural and creative industries are the new tasks of “the government functions” in the development of cultural and creative industries。 This paper intends to discuss the influence of the government on the development of the cultural and creative industries in order to explore the status of the development of the cultural and creative industries under the new economic form。
