Implementation of Attendance Management System Using VC++
Abstract: The traditional attendance exists inefficiency, difficult to manage, impostor, human as unscientific unfair phenomenon, but not up to the ideal effect of attendance. According to the current management software, lack of function is not easy to upgrade, and the design of inconvenient operation and the reality. In order to improve the accuracy and convenience of attendance management we will with Visual C + + as a development environment, access as the back-end database management system. Our goal is to achieve the attendance system, employee information to add, remove, modify employee information employee information view. It is easy to operate, easy to get started, convenient and practical, easy to understand, can not only meet the enterprise or the unit demand and more convenient to solve the logistics personnel working pressure, both to reduce the costs savings, but also can improve the efficiency; enterprise personnel management to achieve the automation, accelerate the management informationization progress.

社会的进步是让信息化以更加快捷速度、更便利方式融入生活的方方面面。所以谁也不能例外。而当前的管理仍然是一个人工操作过程，因为技术手段限制，所以有它的许多缺陷；效率低下，出错，繁琐，很难数据存储，安全性差，又会使得我们会花大量的人力，物力和财力，随着时间的推移，它会产生大量的文件，数据，并不可避免的会产生人为干预的现象[1]。长此以往，这些数据确定、更新和文护将带来很多困难，也不会有所需的考勤效果。人事考勤作为公司管理的一个重要分支，是公司成长的重要前提，也是它正常运行的必要条件；无论哪个行业认识的考勤管理都在建设与发展中起着无比重要的作用，为了减轻宿管人员的负担，我们决定开发一个针对方面的考勤系统，科学化、规范化的进行人事管理。该系统是专门为公司人事管理而提出的课题，便于企业人事管理的发展特征。适合使用人群广泛，并且直观、简单易学。
