摘要液压机(又名:油压机)液压机是一种利用液体静压力来加工金属、塑料、橡胶、木材、粉末等制品的机械。它的原理是利用帕斯卡定律制成的利用液体压强传动的机械,种类很多。液压压机是船体制造和车体制造中常用的设备,借助各类模具,加工船艏和船艉的双曲率外板,单曲率外板及波状壁等船用冷弯工件。这种压机属于框架式压机,它是采用整体钢板焊接成框架式支架,压力、形成等可以按实际需求进行调整,故整体的刚性好,抗压强度也高,应用于船体、汽车车体、零部件的压印、成型等。不同于普通框式压机,本课题要研究的压机不仅要求上下工作台要同步移动还要同步转动,转动角度达到360度,可使被压得钢板受压面积较广,钢板所受下压力较均匀。大多用于压制船板,汽车车体等大型器件的外壳。35113
   本课题主要是完成液压机的同步移动和同步转动部分设计,确定其参数,主要有电机扭矩的计算和电机的选择,带传动的设计,减速器的设计和丝杠螺母的选择。机械传动是本课题的主要部分。

Abstract
  Hydraulic machine (aka: hydraulic machine) is a hydraulic machine to process metals, plastics, rubber, wood, powder and other products, machinery use hydrostatic pressure. Mostly for pressing aboard, automobile bodies and other large device housing.
   The main topic is synchronous mobile and synchronous rotation part of the design, determine the parameters, there are select the motor torque computing and motor drive design is complete with a hydraulic machine screw nut reducer design and selection. Mechanical transmission is a major part of this project.
