The design and implementation of contract management system archiving subsystem
Abstract: With the rapid development of Enterprise's business, contract-related information is also rapidly expanding increasingly. Traditional paper manual management is difficult to search for information and it takes too long. It can not guarantee the security of the storage of contracts too. Under these circumstances, it is necessary to have a contract management system archiving subsystem in high-performance and easy use .
The system is based on the MVC development model, using the more popular SSH framework (Spring framework, Struts framework, Hibernate framework) and Ajax technology for development. Contract management system archiving subsystem enables the following functions: View users, add users, modify users, delete users, contract browsing, increasing the contract, the contract modification, deletion contract, screening contracts and functions such as password changes. The system has a user-friendly, simple operation, and good scalability characteristics. Using contract management system archiving subsystem, enterprises can achieve quicker speed in searching information, handle official business paperlessly and improve office efficiency. In the long term, the company brings good competitiveness and interests.
