The Research on Mobile Learning Based on Smart Phones
Abstract: With the promotion of smart phone function and the development and popularization of mobile communication technology, it is convenient for learners to learn on mobile. This paper analyses the functions and features of smart phones, applicable occasions on the basis of the research on the situation of smart phone mobile learning. It also expounds the definition, purpose and significance of mobile learning. At the same time, it compares the research situation at home and abroad. This paper discusses the intelligent mobile learning in detail among higher education of the mainstream of application mode and the trend of the development of mobile learning.

引言
手机的普及和移动通信技术的迅猛发展为移动学习的开展提供了强有力的技术支持。智能手机移动学习作为一种新型的学习形态逐渐被人们所认可，智能手机以其强大的功能和庞大的用户群将成为未来人们移动学习的主要方式。智能手机的移动学习，集中了纸张、电视、网络于一身，具备了无线传输，随时随地随身，形式上可移动性广，内容上可选择性强，学习过程片段化，还有交互及时的新特征，移动学习是继数字化学习后出现的新型学习模式，是教育技术领域研究的一个新热点[1]。并且日益受到人们的关注，并逐渐进入大学生的校园学习生活中，成为高校学生学习的有效补充，本文从移动学习的定义、特点、优势、适用场合、目的和意义以及当前国内的研究情况等方面，阐述了移动学习在高等教育中的应用模式。

1.1 移动学习的定义
由爱立信、Insite、Telenor Mobile与IT Fornebu Knowation联合发起的名为“TelenorWAP移动学习”研究报告中给出的移动学习的定义是：由于大家生活空间的流动性学习需求的增加而使用移动智能终端设备进行学习的一种新型学习方式。
