Design of Attendance Info Management System
Abstract: Along with the continuous development of modern technology in information management system, the implementation of the management information system has become mature in technology. In colleges and universities, the modernized information management technology is increasingly perfect, teachers and students because of its technology development and greatly improving the work efficiency, all kinds of modern information management system also arises at the historic moment, to teachers and students in school life brought great convenience. The purpose of this study is to design a student information management system of check on work attendance, VB6.0 and database Access 2010 for attendance of students information statistics and finishing, provide convenience for college attendance work.

考勤信息管理系统设计引言
目前高校校园信息化正在逐步完善，在校师生借助于网络可以轻松且高效地完成工作。如今针对高校师生的成绩查询、教务管理、招生就业等系统在各大高校都得到了广泛的应用，高校信息化的时代已经到来。为了方便学生的管理，也为了给学生一个更好的学习环境，建立一个学生考勤信息管理系统已势在必行。不同于以往的人工管理，利用计算机进行学生信息的整理和统计具有很大的优势，不但避免了某些数据可能遗漏或者丢失的情况，更重要的是检索迅速，大大提高了工作效率，对学校学风管理和学习秩序的文护有重要的作用。
本系统主要针对高校师生设计，按照系统需求将用户分为四大类：学生、任课教师、班主任和和管理员等。用户类型不同，相应的权限也不同，学生用户可以通过系统直接查询到自己学期内的考勤信息及请假信息，也可以通过系统提出在线请假；任课教师可以查询和管理自己的课程出勤情况；班主任可以查看整个班级出勤情况以及对学生请假信息的回复，管理员拥有最高权限，主要负责增添、修改班主任用户和任课教师用户的信息以及系统后台运行的文护。上述几类用户都可以查询自己的个人信息及更改用户密码。
