The Design and Implementation of Personnel Archives Management System
Abstract: In modern society, a large number of enterprise human resource management is still in the stage of semi-automated or manual, inefficient and often flaws in the design of an automated personnel file management system is very practical sense. The system uses C/S structure to Visual Studio 2010 as a development platform for SQL Server 2008 back-end database, using C# as the development language. Implementing data inputing, modification, storage, querying and delete functions, staff and personnel file information and related to a unified centralized management, the establishment of a comprehensive employee information database and management platform. This system can help companies achieve office automation personnel file management, saving management costs, improve work efficiency, to achieve a real sense of automated management.

人才档案管理系统的设计与实现
引言
人才是如今社会发展最重要的资源，做好人才管理工作直接能够积极调动人的积极性和创造性，直接关系到企业在市场经济当中的核心竞争力和企业的未来发展，传统的人工管理方式存在效率低，保密性差，查找、更新、文护困难等缺点。企业有必要加强对人力资源管理的研究，建立一套企业新型的人才管理系统。
随着科学技术的不断发展，计算机技术日益成熟，利用计算机对人才档案进行管理，企业在日常工作中使用功能齐全、操作简便、易控易用的人才档案管理系统，使企业人才档案相关信息的管理给企业带来众多便捷，检索迅速、方便查找、提高可靠性、增加存储量、安全性得到提高、延长寿命、降低成本等。这些都能够在很大程度上地提高对人才档案管理的效率，也直接影响到整个企业管理的成本与效益，同时，这也是企业的科学化、规范化管理以及与世界先进管理技术接轨的重要条件。

由于计算机应用技术的发展，现代管理系统逐渐趋于自动化。办公自动化系统是计算机应用技术和通信快速发展的一个结果，主要用来实现管理信息化和数据的共享,提高办公的效率,使管理者能够从传统的人工模式下脱离出来，让复杂的人才档案管理更加简捷、快速、高效。现在仍有部分企事业单位的人才档案管理还建立在传统的机制方式下，这样的机制已经不能适应时代的发展，在信息时代里这种传统的管理方法必然被计算机为基础的信息管理所取代。
