The Design and Implementation of Flash Teaching Website
Abstract: With the maturing of Internet technology, online learning has gradually became a kind of more convenient and faster way for learning. The Flash teaching website was based on the B/S model, with Visual Studio 2005 as its website design platform, with the C# language as its web programming technology, used SQL Server 2005 to complete the design and implementation of the background database. The website has implemented many functions including news browsing, user registering, message asking and answering, uploading and downloading of the learning resources and videos, background management and so on. The realization of the website can provide Flash lovers a faster and more convenient way of learning, so as to achieve the purpose of improving their efficiency and level of learning.

引言
网上教学很早就出现了，它是在WWW技术支持下，通过相对完备的用户设备，搭建形成的一种全新的网上学习平台。最大特点是减轻了学习者被时间和空间约束的程度。随着互联网的普及和动漫技术的更趋成熟，传统的Flash教学方式和教学网站所提供的信息已经无法满足广大学习者对Flash学习应用的需要了。该Flash教学网站的设计与实现能够为广大的Flash学习爱好者提供更加丰富的学习资源和更开放的交流平台。

1.1 课题开发的背景
Flash教学网站是网上学习的一种，是学生和Flash爱好者学习补充Flash相关知识的一个重要途径。但目前很多Flash教学网站存在着一些问题。如：网站仍然采用静态导航的方式，不够生动，教学内容不易理解；平台的功能设置太多；教学资源只是给出了所举示例一部分的制作方法，进而收取一定的费用。所以这些网站就只是在技术上实现了Flash网上教学，但实际上却并不方便实用[1]。
1.2 课题开发的意义
随着我国互联网的普及和动漫技术的更趋成熟，网上教学也越来越成为一种受追捧的教学方式。Flash教学网站是以管理员为中心，为用户提供足够的访问终端，个性化的教学模式和丰富的教学资源[2]。实现用户间对Flash相关知识的在线学习、在线交流、在线讨论的功能。同时Flash教学网站有助于培养学习者获取信息、加工信息、分析问题、加以创新、加以利用、自主交流的能力。Flash教学网站，可以为教育者与学习者进行交流营造良好的环境，促进学习者进行学术讨论和以及相关知识的交流互补。
