Design and Implementation of Campus Survey System
Based on B/S Model
Abstract：Along with the development of Internet, online questionnaire has become a common investigation form. Combining the actual situation of our school , it has great significance to develop a network survey system which is suitable for the needs of university teaching management. The system uses ASP.NET as the programming language, SQL Server 2005 as the backstage database, which is completed after the steps of demand analysis,database design, system code, test and maintenance. The system mainly includes user administration, publish questionnaire, add test, fill out questionnaire, statistics result, and so on. Through these modules which will help to improve the teaching quality of teachers , and teaching management level in college.

基于B/S模式校园问卷调查系统的设计与实现 引言
随着计算机技术的发展和互联网的普及，网络问卷调查以其便捷性、可靠性、低成本性以及共享性等特点越来越受到人们的青睐，成为高校教学管理领域一个重要的工具[1]。传统的问卷调查大多以纸质问卷交由有限人进行作答，这不仅花费大量的人力物力，而且答卷者对于问卷没有选择性，往往随意填写，后期统计费时费力等情况是造成传统问卷没落的主要原因。而基于B/S模式的在线问卷调查系统就能很好地解决上述各种问题，它不仅大大减少了建立问卷调查所需的开支，而且缩短调查周期，使得问卷调查更具时效性，更值得一提的是，网络问卷调查系统统计的数据可以长久保存在电子存储设备中，供用户或者是调研人员方便、快速地调用存储的历史数据[2]。该系统为了达到提高教学科研等目的在网站的建设上应该把重点一方面放在问卷发布这一模块，让学院教师的信息更加充实，并且及时更新；另一方面应该更加注重数据的统计，使数据公正可靠，才能充分反映事实情况。
