Design and Implementation of a Small Hotel Room Management System
Abstract: This paper introduces the main content of hotel room management system and the development of the process, and elaborates the design and realization of the small hotel room management system’s overall link. The system takes the ASP.NET as the development tools and SQL Server 2005 as the background database.This system’s main functions include accommodation management, hotel management, query statistics, settlement management, etc. The operator could choose the appropriate room for customers according to customers’ requirements and room occupancy, and decides residential fees the customers should pay according to the discount and check-in days when checking out.The system has simple operation, practical function, could satisfy the management and demand of data related to the hotel and brings convenience to the small hotel rooms management.

一个小型酒店客房管理系统的设计与实现引言
经济的发展促进了酒店业的快速发展，并且随着酒店档次的不断提升，酒店管理工作也变得越来越复杂。现代化的酒店是集客房、餐饮、通讯、娱乐、商务文化及其他各种服务为一体的消费场所。在科学技术日新月异的今天，信息技术高速发展，可以说谁掌握了信息技术的主动权，谁就拥有了商机[1]。为了提供高质量服务，酒店管理系统必定随客人的需求而不断完善，及时共享客人的信息，给客人提供人性化的服务已成为酒店管理的目标与方向，酒店装潢、客房数量、房间设施等质量竞争和价格竞争则退居二线。因此，未来酒店的竞争将主要在智能化、信息化方面展开[2]。
