摘 要： 随着我国政府对于经济发展提出的产业转型的要求，第三产业发展显得尤 为重要。俗话说，民以食为天，餐饮行业在第三产业中扮演着非常重要的角色。在我国 东部经济发达地区，比如长三角、珠三角地区，最近几年信息化餐饮管理系统使用率逐 年提高。品牌连锁餐饮企业已经基本实现了信息化管理，提高了管理效率、运营的规范 性和市场响应速度。然而餐饮行业的信息化水平的发展很不均衡，大部分私营小业主仅 仅只有结算，点餐等简单的功能，缺乏一整套管理系统。相比较而言，大部分中西部地 区仍然停留在手工管理方式，效率低，成本高。

本设计针对我国餐饮行业现状进行设计与实现，主要使用对象为小型私有餐饮行业 的业主。系统基于 java 语言开发，采用 B/S 架构，将一般餐厅所包含的管理员信息、 员工信息、会员信息和营业额信息实现了信息化管理。本系统基本满足大部分私营业主 对餐饮系统的使用，本系统特色就是操作简单，界面良好，系统运行稳定。73920

Food and beverage management system based on Java

Abstract: The development of the third industry is particularly important along with the request of the economic  development  of  the  industrial  transformation  from  the government 。As the saying goes, hunger breeds discontentment。The catering industry plays a very important role in the third industry。 In eastern China's economically developed  areas, such as the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta region,the use of information management system for food and beverage management system has increased year by year in recent years 。 Brand chain catering enterprises have basically achieved information management, improve the efficiency of management, operation of the regulatory and market response speed。 However, the level of information is very uneven in the development of the catering trade。 Most of the private small owners only have some simple functions,such as clearing and ordering 。This has contributed to the lack of a complete set of management system。 Comparatively speaking, most of the central and western regions still remain in the manual management mode which coures low efficiency and high cost。

This project has been designed and implemented in view of the present situation of China's catering industry。 It's mainly for small private catering industry owners based on Java and the use of B / S architecture。It has realized some practical and important function, such as the catering management system, staff information management, food information management system, ordering information management, turnover information management 。 The project basically meet the requests that most private business need。It has a simple operation process and good interface。What's mostly important is that it is stable。
