摘要本文从网络招聘与测评的具体需求出发，设计了一个人才招聘与测评系统。系统主要包括企业信息管理，招聘信息的管理，问题的管理，最新消息的管理，测评的管理等五个功能模块。论文说明了各模块实现的功能，并且说明了用户在前台使用各功能模块的操作流程。系统最重要的功能是实现了人才的在线测评，利用此功能，公司可以客观地评价求职者的综合能力。

本系统采用了J2EE框架和MySQL数据库，并采用MVC三层架构加以实现。80160

通过本系统的使用，切实地提高了招聘管理的效率，促进了求职者与应聘者的双向选择以及信息之间的交流，在提高用人单位招聘管理工作效率的同时，又规范了用人单位招聘过程。
