摘要叠合楼板制作中的混凝土是由水泥、水、不同粒经的骨料以及空隙所组成的混合料。为了使混合料能达到完善的密实状态,必须消除存在的空隙使骨料有尽可能高的铺设密度,这只有通过振动技术才能达到。在叠合楼板流水线中采用布料振动台,由振动电机引起的振动被传递到模台上的混合料中,使混合料呈现流体的状态,并使颗粒之间的内摩擦力显著下降,砂浆在重力作用下充填了空隙处,骨料颗粒排列成最密实的铺层,在这过程进行的同时,早先封闭的空气受到浮力和重力作用,使其在合力的方向上位移被排到上部,水泥浆也提升,直到表面的空隙被填充。84384

本论文开发设计了叠合楼板流水线振动台。首先,对于振动台的国内外研究发展状况进行了阐述;接着,对本文进行了叠合楼板流水线振动台总体方案的设计;根据振动台的工作原理,对振动台的机械系统进行了具体的设计,主要包括:能实现模台的顶升、支撑作用的升降导向轮的设计,能实现模台与振动台面抱紧功能的抱紧机构的设计,振动台面的设计,对振动台起支撑、参振作用的支撑装置的设计,能实现振动台振动功能的振动电机的设计,为模台提供行走驱动力的驱动装置的设计等,在振动台面的设计过程中,采用有限元分析方法,校核了振动台面的结构;最后,对振动台的控制系统进行了设计,对于升降导向轮的同步升降采用了PID控制的“主从方式”控制策略,对于相应的振动电机的振动控制也设计了“主从跟踪式”控制策略。

Abstract The concrete from composite floor slab is the mixture composed of cement,water, different grain of the aggregate and the gap。In order to make the mixture can achieve perfect dense state, we must eliminate the gap make the aggregate has laid density as high as possible,which only can achieved by vibration technology。 In the composite floor slabs production line uses the cloth vibration location system。The vibration caused by the vibration motor is passed to the mixture on the stage, to make the mixture presents the state of the fluid,and internal friction force dropped significantly between inter nuclear。 Mortar filling the space under the action of gravity,particles of aggregates arranged to be the most dense layup。 At the same time of this process, the trapped air under gravity and buoyancy’s effect, make it in the direction of the force displacement to the upper 。 cement paste promoted too,until the surface of the gap was filled in。

  The thesis mainly talks about the design of a set of shaking table location which is suitable for the flow line production of composite floor slabs。Firstly,it states the development status of the research。Then,it describes the design of the general scheme of the flow line shaking table for composite floor slabs。Afterwards, it gives the specific design of the mechanical system of shaking table。This part includes the design of elevator guide wheel which can realize the support and jack-up of die sets,the design of hold agency which can realize the hold function between die sets and the surface of shaking table,rational design of the surface of shacking table, the design of support device which can support the shaking table, the design of vibration motor which can realize the vibration function of shaking table and the design of actuating device which can provide die sets with driving force。During the process of the surface of shaking table,it adopts finite element method and design the rational structure of the surface of shaking table。Finally,it uses the control policy of master-slave mode which is controlled by PID to realize the synchronized lifting of elevator guide wheel。
