摘要随着社会的进步以及工业化的进程加快,各国家对各种矿物、金属材料、水泥、砂石的需求量也就日益增大,因此破碎机的使用也就越来越多。惯性圆锥破碎机的破碎比大,同时结构稳固而又简单,生产效率很高并且产品质量好,所以它是一种很有代表性的破碎粉碎机械,正因为它有着如此多的优点,它也就越来越普遍的出现在各种工业生产中,特别是在水泥、陶瓷、磨料、粉末冶金、人工制砂等行业得到了广泛运用。本次毕业设计是对惯性圆锥破碎机的设计,本毕业论文介绍了惯性圆锥破碎机的历史发展以及各国研究状况。本次设计是在之前已有的惯性圆锥破碎机的基础上进行的,根据其工作原理,完成了对其结构方面的设计并完成了核心零部件强度分析及破碎机的运动学、动力学分析,最后用pro-e绘制了惯性圆锥破碎机的装配实体图并用Autocad完成了装配图以及主要零部件的零件图的绘制工作。19526

Abstract
With the progress of the society and accelerating the process of industrialization, different countries for a variety of minerals, metal materials, the demand of cement, sand and gravel are growing, so there are more and more use of crusher. Inertia cone crusher is a kind of typical broken grinding machine, due to its big crushing ratio, high efficiency and reliable structure, smooth operation and product granularity, etc, so it is the emergence of more and more common among various kinds of industrial production, especially in the cement, ceramics, abrasives, powder metallurgy, artificial sand and other industries widely used.This graduation design is the design of inertial cone crusher, the paper introduces the historical development and research status of inertia cone crusher. The design is on the basis of the existing inertia cone crusher before, according to its working principle, completed the design of its structure and completed the core parts strength analysis and crusher the kinematics and dynamics analysis, finally draw the 3 d assembly entity figure and 2 d assembly drawing, part drawing of main components.
