摘要本文介绍了模拟定高投射装置的原理和用途以及防暴武器的发展情况。根据所选的毕业设计课题的相关要求,对模拟定高投射装置进行了方案设计,包括确定投射装置升降和转动的传动方式与传动构件,装夹方式和装夹构件等,并且进行分析计算。在对防暴弹投射原理和模拟投射系统的总体分析以及对理论知识掌握的前提下进行总体设计,并设计了钢架、固定板、夹具以及传动构件等结构设计。在依据不同设计准则确定轴和齿轮等的尺寸,并选择轴承、垫圈和螺栓及螺母等标准件。最后使设计出来的定高模拟投射系统实现升降锁定,以及角度改变与锁定等运动过程,并达到课题设计的相应要求。19532

Title Fixed Height Simulation Project Device
Abstract
This paper focus mainly on theory and application of Fixed Height Simulation Project Device and the developing situation of anti-explosion weapons. Based on related demands given by chosen graduation project, a scheme of the Fixed Height Simulation Project Device is figured out, which contains transmission method, transmission components, champing pattern and champing components. To be specific, after studying the principle of anti-exploration weapons, steel frame, fixing plate, fixture and transmission components were designed. Meanwhile, according to the overall analysis of simulation project device,the size of axis and gear which offers us convenience to choose standard components like proper bearing, gasket, bolt and nut were determined. In the end,it was tried to make sure this Fixed Height Simulation Project Device could lock the promotion and demotion by itself and change its angel automatically to reach the standards.
