摘要自动稳定杆系统能在车辆产生侧倾趋势时给车辆快速施加反侧倾力矩,减小车身侧倾角和侧倾角速度,并增大独立悬架的轮胎法向力,从而改善车轮与路面的附着状况等。液压系统为自动稳定杆的关键部件之一,本文将针对12款路虎极光,进行自动稳定杆液压系统的开发研究。
首先针对该车型进行自动稳定杆结构设计。在原有横向稳定杆的前提下,对其结构进行改进,加入液压系统执行元件,得到新的自动稳定杆机构。并对自动稳定杆系统在各种行驶要求下进行工况分析,为液压系统设计计算打下基础。19718
根据自动稳定杆系统的性能要求和空间大小以及控制的条件制约等要求,分析了自动稳定杆液压系统设计要求和液压系统工况,确定了液压系统方案和主要参数,拟定了能够实现需要功能的液压系统原理图,详细地说明了自动稳杆液压系统的设计计算过程并对其进行验算。
给出各关键部件的详细设计过程,并绘制装配图,建立三文模型
