摘要横向稳定杆属于汽车悬架部分,其作用是在车辆转弯或在不平路面上行驶时产生抗侧倾力矩,减少车身侧倾,在提高车辆操纵稳定性的同时防止车辆侧翻。传统的稳定杆 是被动式的,在提高车辆操控性能的同时牺牲了汽车在直线行驶时的乘坐舒适性。 81222
本文研究的是电动式主动横向稳定杆。主动横向杆的原理就是将被动杆从中间断开, 汽车在直线行驶时左右车轮就可以独立跳动,乘坐舒适性大大改善;同时在车辆转弯或 其他侧倾角较大的情况下通过驱动装置驱动两个半杆产生抗侧倾力矩(可以实时调节), 提高操控稳定性。主流的电动式主动杆采用的驱动形式是电机旋转驱动;本课题研究的 是通过滚珠丝杠将电机的旋转运动转变为丝杠螺母的线性运动进行驱动,这种方案的优 点在于驱动部分的设计制造易于实现、兼顾性能和成本。
现在机械执行部件的设计校核工作和成品部件的选型工作也已经完成,通过理论计 算,该执行机构能够实现主动杆所具备的在各种工况下的性能。接下来会在加工出实物 之后在试验台架上对该执行部件及驱动控制程序进行调试改进。

Title The Design of the Electro-Mechanical Active Anti-roll bar’s Actuator
Abstract As a part of vehicle’s suspension, anti-roll bar’s function can provide anti-roll torque when the vehicle is turning or driving rough road to reduce the vehicle body’s roll angle。 Vehicle equipped with anti-roll bar can avoid rollover and can be handled more stably。 The traditional stabilizer bar is passive, improving vehicle handling performance at the expense of the comfort。
My subject now is active anti-roll bar。 The principle of active bar is to cut the passive bar from its middle。 As a result, when vehicle driving a straight line, the left and right can be independent, providing the passenger with much more comfort。 At the same time, actuator (motor) will actuate the left and right bars to twirl in opposite directions to produce anti-roll torque(its quantity can be adjusted at any time by control program) when the vehicle is turning。 The drive mode of most electric active stabilizer is motor’s twirl。 What I study here is to transform motor rotating movement into linear motion of the nut through a ball screw pair。 And then, the nut’s motion will be as the driving force of the active stabilizer bar。 Compared with the rotation driving mode ,the advantage of this solution is that the design and the manufacture of the actuator is easier and lower cost。
Through theoretical calculation, the actuator is qualified to accomplish the work which an active bar is supposed to do。 After the process of design and manufacture, the actuator will be tested on a test bench first。
