摘要本文针对铝合金轻量化药筒的热挤压成型工艺,根据工厂给出的铝合金药筒的半成品结构,设计了挤压模具,制定了挤压方案,并利用DEFORM有限元商业软件对简化模型进行了轻量化药筒挤压过程仿真研究,获得了药筒挤压过程的载荷行程曲线变化规律,以及等效应变场、等效应力场、温度场合虚拟速度场的分布情况。讨论了在不同挤压速度和挤压温度下,药筒等效应变、等效应力和温度等参数的变化情况,优化确定了合理的挤压工艺参数,为工艺试验的参数选择提供了参考。仿真结果表明,挤压速度在3mm/s,挤压温度为360℃时,最适宜该零件的生产。21389

Title Lightweight Cartridge Hot Extrusion Process Numerical
Simulation Study.
Abstract
In this paper, aiming at Aluminum alloy Lightweight Cartridge Hot Extrusion forming process, based on the structure of semi-finished Aluminum alloy Cartridge product from factory, extrusion die was designed, Extrusion scheme was formulation, based on the simplified model, the process of lightweight cartridge hot extrusion was numerically simulated by the commercial finite software-DEFORM. Through the simulation, the extrusion force variation with stroke and the distribution of effective stress field, effective strain field, virtual velocity field and temperature field during the cartridge hot extrusion were analyzed. The influence on extrusion force, effective stress field and effective strain field form technical parameters like extrusion temperature and extrusion speed were also studied. Reasonable extrusion parameters were determined, and it provided reference for process experiment. In this article, the simulation results shows that the extrusion speed in 3 mm/s and extrusion temperature is 360 ℃, which is the most suitable parameters for the production.
