本设计中采用行星式动力换档变速箱,它具有3个离合器和3根轴,且轴安装在壳体内,使变速箱结构简单、便于文修。变速箱具有两个前进档和一个后退档,可以产生3个速度。
本设计为ZL50轮式装载机行星式动力换挡变速箱,此变速箱具有结构紧凑、载荷容量大、传动效率高、齿间负荷小、结构刚度好、输入输出轴同心以及便于实现动力与自动换挡等优点,同时也有结构复杂、零件多、制造精度高、文修困难等缺点。随着制造加工精度的提高,这种变速箱不仅在工程车辆上得到了广泛应用,在汽车上的应用也日益广泛。
首先选择装载机的传动方案,变速箱有两个前进档位,一个后退档位,通过操纵两个换挡离合器即可实现换挡。离合器类型为双离合器,换挡迅速平稳。22829
