摘要:本次设计说明书是关于浮头式换热器的设计。换热器是一种实现物料之间热量传递的节能设备,是在石油化工、冶金、电力、轻工、食品等行业普遍应用的一种工艺设备。本课题研究的换热器是针对给定的设计参数,按照相关规定的要求,通过总体方案确定、物性参数确定、热力计算、阻力计算、细部结构(接管,折流板,法兰和管箱等)的设计、强度校核等设计换热器产品。设计的前半部分是关于物性参数以及热力的计算,后半部分是根据给定的任务书对换热器的整体结构以及内部结构进行设计,如材料的选择,管板管箱的计算,法兰的计算等。23311 毕业论文关键词:浮头式换热器;法兰;管板
The Design of the pre-heater of coke-oven gas
Abstract:This design manual is about the design of floating heat exchanger. Heat exchanger is a kind of heat transfer between the material and energy saving equipment, which is a kind of widely used process equipment in the petroleum chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, food industry .The heat exchanger which this topic research is for a given design parameters, according to the requirements of the relevant provisions, determined by the overall scheme, the determination of physical parameters, thermodynamic calculation, resistance calculation, detail structure (takeover, baffle plate, flange and pipe boxes, etc.) design heat exchanger products design, intensity, etc. Design of the first part is about the physical parameters and thermodynamic calculation, in the second part is based on a given task to design the overall structure of the heat exchanger and the internal structure, such as the choice of materials, the calculation of pipe plate box, the calculation of the flange, etc.
