摘要近年来窄带轧机相对于以往有了很大的改进,其在轧钢生产中使用越来越广泛,尤其是在热轧薄板带钢生产中的破鳞、控制板坯宽度等方面更是必不可少的轧钢设备。新型轧机目前在我国受到很多钢铁公司的青睐,产生了显著的经济效益。
本次设计的主要目的是对φ180轧机主传动结构进行进一步的了解,并对主要部件进行设计及计算。在查阅大量文献和了解相关知识的同时,去实地考察了解情况。经过实地勘察及了解情况,对轧机的认识也由理性认识上升到了感性认识。24166
本次设计包括轧机的国内外发展、轧机的发展、轧机的简介、轧机主传动系统的设计及主要力能参数的校核计算等内容。在大多数钢铁公司里轧机都是采用下传动形式的,而本次设计的主要特色是将φ180轧机的传动形式设计成为上传动形式,并进行主传动及测试系统的设计。

Abstract
The Vertical Scale Breakers have a very great improvement which compared to the pasting in recent years. They use more and more extensive in production of rolling steeling. They are more essential rolling steel equipment in such aspects as broken scale, controlled    the width of the panel base in hot-rolled sheet metal and belted steel production, and so on. The new-typly Vertical Scale Breakers receive a lot of favor in our country’s Iron and Steel Companies, and have produced the remarkable economic benefits.
The main purpose to design this time are having a further understanding to the whole structure of the Vertical Scale Breakers’ equipment, then checking and calculation to the main parts. While consulting a large number of documents and understanding relevant knowledge, the directed teacher leads us to visit the An Shan’s Iron and Steel Company. Through the practice of one month, the understanding to the Vertical Scale Breaker has a great improvement which rising to perceptual knowledge from rational knowledge too.
Designing includes the development of the wide belted steel of the hot-rolled in domestic and overseas this time, the development of the Vertical Scale Breaker, the introductions of the Vertical Scale Breaker, designing of the Vertical Scale Breaker’s main driving system, the checking and calculating of the main power parameter, and so on. It all makes form of the driving to the Vertical Scale Breaker which is underneath the ground in most Iron and Steel Companies, and the main characteristic designed this time is that the Vertical Scale Breaker’s driving form that will above the ground.
