摘要:本次课题任务是根据镜头防护盒的结构特点与成型质量要求,先拟定注射成型工艺方案,并设计注射模具结构,解决塑件的侧向分型和抽芯机构,设计主要零件的结构和成型零件的加工工艺路线。对设计过程中的设计思路、方案的分析及必要的设计计算进行校核,演算公式及整理说明书和结论,最后完成毕业设计说明书的撰写。依据产品的数量和塑料的工艺性能确定塑件采用注射成型法生产。该产品设计对生产批量没有严格要求,所以设计的模具主要还是先满足精度要求,考虑成型过程中的变形,浇注系统采用凝料脱模,此外为保证塑件表面质量采用潜伏式浇口,选用单分型面注射模。模具的型腔采用一模两腔平衡布置,为了提高生产效率及节省原材料,故采用冷流道浇注系统,推出形式为斜顶推出机构完成塑件的推出。24571 毕业论文关键词: 注射模设计;镜头保护盒;斜顶

Analysis of design thinking in the design process, programmer and necessary design calculations, specification writing and the calculation formula and the conclusions of the check, and eventually finish writing your graduation project manual. According to the product and plastic properties determine the number of plastic injection moulding production. The product design to production volume is not strictly required, so the design of the mold is mainly to take into account to ensure its quality and precision, consider the deformation of the molding process gating system by condensate mold release.in addition to ensure the surface quality of plastic parts using the latent gate, so selection of injection mold for the parting surface. Two cavities of mold cavities using a balanced layout, in order to improve production efficiency and saving raw materials,gating system using Cold runner gating system gate, introduced in the form of sloping roofs to launch agency launch of the finished plastic part.
