摘要:冲压模具,多为安装在压力机上的,对放置在内的板料在室温下施加变形力,使其产生变形,从而获得一定形状,尺寸和性能的产品零件的特殊专用工具。根据工艺性质分类为:冲裁模、弯曲模、拉深模、成形模。根据工序组合程度可分类为:单工序模、复合模、级进模。此外还可以根据材料的变形特点分类。

本文首先在绪论里面简要的阐明了模具在国家工业能力方面的表现,并对模具做以简要介绍,然后依据汽车链轮的工件图对其进行工艺分析,构思设计方案。设计方案确定后,确定自己所需要设计的两套模具,然后分部设计计算出模具工作中需要的非标零件的形状尺寸,之后对所确定的零件进行力的校核,在确保满足校核的情况下,用UG软件绘出模具各个非标准零件,再通过选择标准件,装配出模具的三维总装配图。检查无误后,再把二维图导出到CAD软件中对零件图和装配图进行修改、标注。

本次设计绘图采用UG、CAD进行,UG具有强大的三维建模能力,满足对模具设计初期对零件和装配图的表达,CAD是最常用计算机辅助制图工具,其二维制图能力强大,图象处理功能是它的一项很强的能力,能很好的处理从UG软件中导出的二维图。

Abstract:Stamping die, is installed in the press, the deformation force applied at room temperature of the plate material, the deformation, to obtain a certain shape, special tool size and performance of the product parts. According to the properties of the process, they are blanking die, bending die, drawing die and forming die. According to the degree of process combination can be classified as: single process mold, compound mold, progressive die. In addition, it can be classified according to the deformation characteristics of the material.

In the introduction it briefly illustrates the performance of mold in the country's industrial capacity, and the die briefly, and then on the basis of drawing on the automobile wheel workpiece process analysis, design. The design scheme is determined, to determine their own need to design two sets of moulds, and then calculate the shape and size of the mold segment design work of non-standard parts, after checking the force of parts, to ensure that meet the checking situation, using various UG software to draw non-standard mold parts, and then through the selection of standard parts the assembly of 3D assembly drawing die. After checking, export to the CAD software to modify the parts and assembly drawings.

The design drawing by UG, CAD, UG has a strong ability to meet the three-dimensional modeling, on the expression of mould design of parts and assembly drawings early, CAD is the most commonly used computer aided drawing tools, the two-dimensional graphics image processing function is powerful, a very strong ability of it. Can handle the two-dimensional graph which is exported from the UG software very well.
