摘要:级进模作为工业生产中常用的模具之一,可以大批量生产零件,而且其生产效率最高。级进模的操作也方便安全,能够自动进料,便于实现冲压生产的自动化,节约人力物力。

在接触簧片的级进模的设计过程中,首先进行零件的工艺性分析,根据加工要求来确定设计的工艺方案。计算坯料的展开尺寸,选择合适的排样方式,进行工艺计算,主要为冲裁力、卸料力、弯曲力的计算,还需要确定压力中心,根据冲压力选择合适的冲压设备。其次进行模具设计,先确定凸、凹模刃口尺寸并设计模具的凸、凹模的形状、尺寸、强度的校核等,再选择合适的模柄、模架等主要零部件,确定零件的固定方式以及固定零件的规格。绘制模具的装配图和零件图的二维、三维图。由于该零件结构较复杂,综合考虑,采取先冲孔,冲弯曲外形,再进行弯曲,冲凸台,最后落料的工序来实现对接触簧片的加工。

Abstract:As one of the commonly used dies in industrial production, progressive die can produce parts in large quantities, and it’s production efficiency is the highest.  The operation of the progressive die is convenient and safe because it can automatically feed, therefor it is conducive to the automation of stamping production, saving manpower and resources.

During the design process of the contact spring progressive die, firstly, analyzing the process of the part and determining the program according to the processing requirements. Calculating the dimension of the blank and selecting the appropriate nesting manner. Seconding, Performing the process calculations, mainly for the blanking force, unloading force, bending force calculation, and it is also necessary to determine the pressure center. Selecting the appropriate stamping device according to the  punching  force. Then, designing the mold, including the size and shape of the convex and concave die edge, the size and shape of the mold convex and checking the intensity, etc. Next,selecting the appropriate mold handle, mold carrier and other major components. Determining the fixed way of the parts and the dimensions of the parts. Drawing the assembly diagram of the mold and the two-dimensional, three-dimensional map of the parts. As the parts structure is relatively complex, in order to achieve the processing of contact reed, the process is as follows: piercing, punching the shape, bending, punching the boss, blanking.
