摘要:折粒自动化设备是属于非标自动化设备。折粒设备在实际应用中有着重要的实用意义。随着电子行业的发展,电器元件的前景很广泛。各大电子厂商也在追求着产品的大小和性能。我公司生产的一款微小电阻以块状生产,然后折条,而后折粒成最终产品。先前通过人工折粒,但人工折粒有很多弊端,比如浪费人力,折粒效率低,同时易对员工的眼睛造成伤害,所以折粒设备的开发对生产有着重大的意义。

本次的课题主要先是根据公司生产需求来确定总体设计的方向,而后根据设备所需的动作来确定折粒自动化设备开发的总体方案。从机台的整体动作和布局来说,该机台主要分为三个部分:第一部分是与振动盘相连接的前轨道部分,该部分主要是由电机通过带轮带动皮带转动,主要作用是将由振动盘传递过来的料传递至后轨道。第二部分是回流轨道部分,该部分也主要是由电机通过带轮及皮带间接带动回流皮带转动,主要作用是实现将由前轨道吹下来的不良品传输到振动盘。第三部分,也是最重要的部分,后轨道部分,该部分主要是通过一个电机带动上下两个皮带循环转动;当然折粒也是在这部分完成,由气缸推动碾压块与下皮带的滚轮接触将料碾压折粒,并有下皮带传送至料盒。为了实现机器的正常运转,对于机台传动部分的设计显得比较重要。同时在达到机台正常运转的同时,结构设计方面尽量简单实用和美观,以及对于作业人员的操作安全保障。

本次设计对折粒自动化设备的设计作了总体方案,绘制零件图及装配图,对标准件进行了选型,最后对机台的进行了组装调试。

The main topic of this project is based on the company's production needs to determine the direction of the overall design, and then according to the action required to determine the equipment to determine the overall development of particles. From the overall movement and layout of the machine, the machine is pided into three parts, the first part is connected with the vibration plate before the track part, which is mainly driven by the motor belt driven belt rotation, the main role Is passed from the vibration plate to pass the material to the rear track. The second part is the return rail part, which is mainly driven by the motor through the pulley and the belt indirect drive back to the belt rotation, the main role is to achieve the front track blown bad products transmitted to the vibration plate. The third part is also the most important part of the rear orbit part, which is mainly driven by a motor driven up and down the two belts; of course, the ball is also completed in this part, by the cylinder to push the roller and the lower belt of the wheel contact The material is rolled and the lower belt is conveyed to the cartridge. In order to achieve the normal operation of the machine, the design of the transmission part of the machine is more important. At the same time to achieve the normal operation of the machine at the same time, the structural design as simple and practical and beautiful, as well as the operational safety of the operating staff.
