在对闸机拍打门的功能及性能的分析的基础上,同时参阅了大量的资料,制定了闸机拍打门的总体结构设计方案。利用均布凹口的定位盘与定位轮相配合实现拍打门准确快速的开关工作;同时利用编码器和光电开关实现了对拍打门开关角度的实时测量;采用过扭矩联轴器的形式,实现了过载保护的功能,达到了闸机拍打门运行的安全要求;运用变速器与电磁制动器相配合的形式实现了对拍打门制动的效果;利用三文建模方法,为机构尺寸计算和三文设计工作提供了设计依据和基础。最后绘制了Pro/E三文图,并绘制出二文平面工程图。5390

Title A Three-dimensional Structure Design of
Gates Swing Door
Abstract
On the basis of the analysis in the functionality and performance of the gates swing door, and consult a lot of information to formulate the overall structure of the gates swing door design. It is achieved swing door quickly and accurately switch by the use of notch evenly distributed positioning plate and positioning wheel cooperating with each other. At the same time it is achieved real-time measurement of the switching angle of the swing door by the use of encoder and photoelectric switches. Torque coupling form of the function of the overload protection to achieve the safety requirements of the gates swing door running. The use of transmission and electromagnetic brake to match the form of the braking effect of the swing door. Three-dimensional modeling method provides a design basis and foundation for the agency size calculations and 3D design work.
