摘要板式换热器是一种间壁式热交换器,结构紧凑,传热性能好。与其他换热设备相比,板式换热器具有很多优势,因此其在食品、造船、化工等领域具有广泛的应用,并且更优性能的换热器也在不断研发中。分析换热器性能的影响因素,是其研发中重要的一部分。本文对换热器性能的研究分为两部分,即实验研究和数值模拟研究,具体工作如下:(1)基于换热器性能测试实验台,在一系列不同工况下进行实验、计算换热器的传热系数,分析流体进口温度、流量对传热系数的影响;(2)研究人字形板式换热器的流动特性,利用FLUENT软件对换热器建立模型,通过计算结果来分析流动特性的影响因素,并分析波纹间距d、波纹高度h、和波纹倾角β等几何参数对流动特性的影响。30528

Title Performance Evaluation and Analysis of the plate heat exchanger
Abstract
Plate heat exchanger is a piding wall type heat exchanger, with compact structure, and good heat transfer performance. Compared the plate heat exchanger with other heat transfer equipment, it has many advantages, that has more and more widely applications in food, shipbuilding, chemical and other fields, and the heat exchanger of better performance is also being developed. As an important part of its research and development is to analyzing the influencing factor.Studies of the performance of the heat exchanger in this article is pided into two parts, namely experimental research and numerical simulation studies, specifically as follows: (1) Based on heat exchanger performance test bench, experiment for the plate heat exchanger to calculate the coefficient of heat transfer in a range of different conditions, analyze the impact of fluid inlet temperature, flow rate of the heat transfer coefficient;(2) Analyze the flow characteristics of the chevron plate heat exchanger, calculation models with computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, analyze the flow characteristics of factors with simulation results, and analyze effects of the flow characteristics on the flow characteristics which as ripple of spacing d, corrugation height h, and ripple of dip angle ß.
