摘要本文以提取油砂中有机质为目的, 对一印尼油砂进行理化分析, 考察了该油砂的热解特性,并针对分析结果对油砂热解和供热流程以及油砂热解油气回收系统进行设计, 同时对该系统进行优化设计,为油砂工业化利用提供参考。主要研究内容和结果如下: 31782
(1)对油砂组成成分、油砂热解析出气体成分和油砂灰渣成分进行分析,并且采用热重分析技术研究油砂的热解特性,得到油砂热解过程中的 TG-DSC曲线变化规律,分析得出油砂热解过程的三个阶段和有机质析出的主要温度范围。
(2)综合油砂的热解特性,以油砂有机质在热解过程中基本析出的为前提,根据油砂处理量和热解参数要求,分析实际状况,设计适用于该油砂的热解和供热流程。
(3)根据所设计油砂热解和供热流程,对油气回收流程进行设计。首先分析热解油气中各组分的含量和物性,基于分析结果,进行油气回收过程的设计计算,并由计算结果对设备进行结构设计和和计算,最后进行设备选型。
(4)对所设计油气回收系统进行优化设计。对油气回收系统产物进行余热回收利用设计。同时,结合热解和供热过程中产生的循环高温排气和油砂废渣余热,设计适用于本油砂热解油气回收系统的余热回收系统。

Title    Design of oil and gas recovery system for oil sands pyrolysis 
Abstract In this paper, on the purpose of extracting organic matter from oil sands the physical and chemical characteristics of Indonesia's oil sands were investigated and pyrolysis experiments of Indonesia's oil sands were carried out for pyrolysis characteristics. According to the results of Pyrolysis characteristics, this paper designed the oil sands pyrolysis system, pyrolysis heating system and oil sands pyrolysis oil-gas recovery system, at the same time, optimized the design of the system, providing valuable data and methods for the industrial utilization of oil sands.  The main research contents and results are as follows: (1)The composition,pyrolysis gas and pyrolysis ash  of  oil sands were investigated.Thermal-gravity analysis method is applied to study thermal characteristics of the oil sands in the pyrolysis process,and TG-DSC curve was obtained. The pyrolysis process of oil sands can pided into three stages,and this paper draw the conclusion about the main temperature range of extracting organic matter. (2)Referencing study about pyrolysis characteristics of oil sands,to ensure organic matter's basically extracted in the pyrolysis process,according to the capacity requirement and pyrolysis parameters and analyzing actual situation this paper designed the oil sands pyrolysis and heating process system. (3)According to the design of oil sands pyrolysis and heating process system, design the oil and gas recovery process system. After the analyzing of pyrolysis oil and gas components the content and basing on the analysis results  this chapter designed oil and gas recovery process calculation and by the calculation results designed equipment structure design and calculation,then made the equipment selection. (4)This paper designed the waste heat recovery and utilization of the system and optimized the design of the oil gas recovery system.
