摘要:本设计是以EX-108数控车床主轴部件为主要内容。讲述了数控机床的结构设计要求:提高机床的结构刚度,提高机床结构的抗振性,以及减少机床的热变形。主要设计主轴的前端轴径的大小和形状、主轴跨距的计算及前后支撑的类型和轴承的选用。主轴是加工中心的关键部位,其结构优劣对加工中心的性能有很大的影响,因此,在设计的过程中为主要考虑对象。本次设计采用的轴承为双列圆柱滚子轴承和双向推力角接触球轴承。润滑方式采用的是脂润滑,前后都采用迷宫密封的方式。主轴编码器采用的安装方式为异轴安装,用同步带相连接。主轴与电机之间采用多楔带进行连接,传动比均为1:1。主轴端部的结构形式为A2-8,为已给定条件。主轴部件的材料选用45号钢,热处理方式为淬火和高温回火。31810 毕业论文关键词: 数控车床;主轴部件;轴承配置;润滑;密封
EX-108 CNC lathe spindle assembly design
Abstract: The design is based on EX-108 CNC lathe spindle components as the main content. It tells the CNC machine design requirements: improve the structural rigidity of machine tools, machine tools to improve vibration resistance structure, and reduce the thermal deformation of the machine. This bearing design uses a double row cylindrical roller bearings and angular contact thrust ball bearings. Lubrication grease lubrication is used both before and after the way with labyrinth seals. Installation of the spindle encoder uses different shaft mounted, connected with the belt. V-ribbed belt use between the spindle and motor connections, the transmission ratio is 1: 1. Structural forms of spindle nose A2-8, as the given conditions. Material selection spindle assembly 45 steel, heat treatment of quenching and tempering.
