知识,了解火箭发射系统的形式,完成定向器的整体设计并对关键零件进行强度

Title The structure design of The directional device
Abstract
The directional device is a major component of rocket weapon launch
system that features detent catch and guidance functions is used in fasten
rocket projectile, undertake transport and launch. According to the
requirements, we design a detachable directional device.
The directional design content including the detent catch mechanism, the
spiral guide groove, the electrical connection interface, rack and
assembly. The detent catch mechanism is the core part of a directional
device which fasten rocket projectile through the way of detent catch. It
must be chose a way to calculate the detent force structural materials to
meet the requirements of the rocket projectile fastened stable. The spiral
guide groove can make rocket projectile launchers out with a certain speed
to ensure flight stability. The electrical connection interface to ensure
that the rocket projectile can be smoothly ignition emits the directional
device. Rack to meet the requirements of stiffness, strength and stability,
and assembly methods are removable to facilitate replacement of the
directional device. The main subject of study mechanical design knowledge
to understand the form of the launch rocket system, key parts of the
complete the directional device of the overall design and strength check.
