在此背景下,本文重点进行在四叶螺旋桨五坐标加工专用夹具设计的基础上,重点进行了利用VERICUT仿真软件进行五轴加工中心的虚拟建模及数控加工仿真,主要内容如下:
1、夹具设计
此次针对四叶螺旋的加工进行专用夹具设计。想要制造出质量好的螺旋桨必须使用合适加工的专用夹具,并且十分了解螺旋桨的工作原理。根据螺旋桨的工作特性,本文主要设计三种夹具方案,并一一进行比较和改进。最终得到理想的理想的螺旋桨专用夹具。
2、五轴加工中心建模
VERICUT是专为制造业设计的CNC 数控机床加工仿真和优化软件工具。文章应用VERICUT建立机床、刀具和工件及夹具三文模型。
首先五轴加工中心各部件在UG NX中建模出来,导出STL文件,最终在VERCICUT仿真软件中将其装配,构造出虚拟机床。
3、数控加工仿真
将螺旋桨加工的后处理加工代码程序导入数控机床中,观察加工是否可行。

At the same time , the computer numerical simulation is a new application of computer technology on CNC machining operation simulation .The technical simulation of the actual production process-oriented machine operation, processing of three-dimension dynamic realistic reproduction, established perceptions of NC machining, CNC machining operations can do it repeatedly for, an effective solution for CNC equipment is expensive and has some risks.Special fixture design and simulation processing is to improve the efficiency of the production , the processing can achieve high quality, low - cost key .
In this context , this paper focuses on a four -blade propeller five-axis machining fixture design basis , focusing on the virtual modeling of the a VERICUT simulation software axis machining center and CNC machining simulation , the main contents are as follows :
Fixture design
