摘要生产过程自动化是工业现代化主要趋向之一,自动装配是其主要组成部分。其中滚动轴承标准化、规范化和通用化的特征,使其自动装配技术成为最为热门的研究方向之一,本论文将圆柱滚子轴承全自动装配机的设计作为主要的研究对象。35716
本文介绍了圆柱滚子轴承装配的国内外现状,包括对现如今各种滚子轴承装配的方法、原理及原理图的介绍,并相应的进行了优缺点分析。通过对原方案创新、改进设计出优化的机械结构系统,并设计出以可编程控制器为核心的自动控制系统实现对机械结构系统装配动作的全自动控制。
本设计所选用的圆柱滚子轴承为标准的单列满装圆柱滚子轴承NJG2307VH,该轴承由14粒滚子、双挡边的外圈及单挡边的内圈组成。本文采用气缸驱动机械机构直接完成轴承装配的技术,其中机构设计的主要环节有:轴承外圈定位装置的设计、滚子落料装置的设计、滚子张开装置的设计以及最后一粒压入装置的设计。
根据轴承装配全自动控制的要求,本文完成了自动控制系统硬件结构的设计和相应硬件的选择,并介绍了软件部分的流程。其中,硬件结构方面主要由磁性开关、PLC、电磁阀以及触摸屏组成。
本文设计的满滚子圆柱滚子轴承全自动装配机可以实现装配过程的全自动化,机械结构系统贯彻了优化设计的理念,自动控制系统依靠PLC触发电磁阀控制气缸驱动机械结构系统完成全自动的装配过程。

 Abstract
The automation of production process is one of the main trend of industrial modernization, and the assembly automation is one of the main components. The automatic assembly technology of rolling bearing that has the characteristics of standardization and generalization become one of the most popular research direction. This paper put the design of automatic assembly machine of cylindrical roller bearings as the main object.
This paper introduces the situation at home and abroad of cylindrical roller bearing assembly, including introduced today’s all kinds of methods, principles and the schematic diagrams of roller bearing assembly, and corresponding analysised the advantages and disadvantages. Based on the innovation and improvement of the original plan, I designed Optimization of the mechanical structure of the system, and designed with programmable controller as the core of automatic control system to realize automatic control of the mechanical structure system assembly movement.
The cylindrical roller bearing that this design used is a standard single row and full roller cylindrical roller bearing NJG2307VH, the bearing constituted by 14 cylindrical rollers, outer ring with double guard and inner ring with the single guard. This paper adopts the technology that the cylinder drive mechanical structure to accomplish bearing assembly directly, and the main parts of mechanism design as follows: the design of the bearing outer ring positioning device, the design of the roller blanking device, the design of the roller expanding device and the design of the last roller pushing device.
According to the requirement of the bearing assembly automatic control, this paper has completed the design of the automatic control system hardware structure and the corresponding hardware selection, and introduces the software part of the process. Among them, the hardware structure is mainly compose of magnetic switch, PLC, electromagnetic valve, and touch screen.
In this paper, the design of full complement cylindrical roller bearing fully automatic assembly machine can realize full automatic assembly process, and the mechanical structure system carry out the concept of optimum design, the automatic control system depend on PLC trigger solenoid valve control cylinder driving system to complete the automatic assembly process with the mechanical structure.
