【摘要】液压支架是在煤矿生产中起到关键作用的一种支护设备,立柱和千斤顶作为液压支架的主要部件,更是具有重要的地位,但是立柱和千斤顶的检测设备目前存在很多问题。本课题针对这些存在的问题,进行液压支架立柱和千斤顶试验台加载框架的设计,使得试验台在对立柱和千斤顶检测方面更具意义。 论文主要完成以下内容:
(1)确定液压支架立柱和千斤顶试验台加载框架的总体方案。根据任务书及液压支架立柱和千斤顶试验各个项目的要求,通过比较法等方法,确定此试验台加载框架的总体结构方案。 35717
(2)进行液压支架立柱和千斤顶试验台加载框架各主要部件的设计,确定各主要部件的关键参数。主要进行左右两主梁、插拔销、插拔液压缸、牵引液压缸、移动挡块、移动小车、加载球头等部件的设计,并经过强度计算、校核确定其相关参数,运用CAD软件进行相关装配图和零件图的绘制。
(3)设计了液压支架立柱和千斤顶试验台加载框架的安装和调试工艺。

Design on test-bed load frame of hydraulic support columns and jack
【Abstract】 Hydraulic support in coal mine production is a supporting equipment, play a key role in column and the jack as the main component of hydraulic support, but also has an important position, but the pillar and the jack testing equipment currently has a lot of problems. This topic to solve these problems, the hydraulic support column and the jack stand loading framework design, makes the test stand on the pillar and jack detection more meaningful. Paper mainly completed the following content: (1) determine the hydraulic support column and jack the overall scheme of the test bed load framework. According to the specification and hydraulic support columns and jack test various requirements of the project, through the methods of comparative law, determine the overall structure of the loading test bed frame. (2) the hydraulic support column and jack test-bed of major parts of a loading frame design, determine the key parameters of major parts of. For around two main girder, plug pin, plug, traction hydraulic cylinder hydraulic cylinder, mobile block, the design of the mobile car, loading etc, and after the strength calculation and checking to determine the related parameters, using CAD software to draw the relevant assembly drawing and part drawing. (3) design the hydraulic support column and jack test-bed load frame installation and debugging process.
