摘要:机械加工工艺过程包括结构工艺性分析、基准的选择、毛坯的选择、加工余量的确定、工艺路线的拟定、工序尺寸及公差的确定和加工设备的选择等。工艺路线是连接产品设计和制造的纽带,是一项需要多方面知识的工作,因此工艺路线的设定极为复杂,需通过考虑是工序集中还是工序分散来制定工艺路线。另外,加工余量的确定需要遵守一定的原则,并通过查表计算而得。简单的工序尺寸及其公差可以根据零件图直接得到,但复杂的需要进行尺寸链的计算得到。最后填写相关的工艺文件。为提高劳动生产率,保证加工质量和改善劳动条件,同时还需设计专用的夹具。在机床夹具设计中,不仅追求结构和理性同时还需保证精度的准确性以及各种定位方式。结构方案确定以后,绘制主要的零件图和装配图。37179 毕业论文关键词:加工工艺,加工余量,夹具设计。

(1)机械加工工艺的重要性
工艺技术是制造技术重要的组成部分,提高工艺技术水平是提高国际市场竞争力的有力措施,也是制约中国制造业企业迅速发展的因素之一。目前,普遍存在一种“重设计、轻工艺”的现象,不过我国也已经渐渐的意识到这点并提出了“工艺出精品,精品出效益”的论断。工艺技术是及其重要的,必须有足够的重视。
