本次课题是疏磨机设计。疏磨机的工作原理是:浆料通过动盘与静盘之间所产生的高速旋转圆周剪切力,而使纤文得到充分的疏解。

Deflaker design
Abstract:With the continuous development of modern paper industry, recycle and reuse of waste paper got more and more attention, and in our country has been widely used. The recycling of waste paper can not only save the cost of production, also can protect the environment, reduce the pollution, save equipment and funds, improve the utilization efficiency of resources. Pulping and papermaking equipment is a kind of very professional industry, which involves many disciplines, such as: mechanical, chemical, material, environment, automatic control and so on.
Pulp of waste paper is an important part in waste paper pulping process. Deflaker principle of work is that the slurry through dynamic disk and static disk between shear force generated by high speed rotating circle, and make the fiber to get adequate relief.
After the graduation design, my four years of university disciplines has carried on the further study and summary, and a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanical design skills we learned and use. Increased the research and knowledge of mechanical industry, for his later step into work has laid a solid foundation in the field of machinery
