摘要:本次毕业设计的内容是用模具生产固定托架,并且制定出相关的工艺路线,设计出生产所用模具。主要工序有落料、拉深、冲孔、切边。在设计模具之前应注重实际。所以在我查阅了许多资料与文献和对产品零件的外形尺寸的理解与分析下终于筛选出来冲压模具。冲压模具的设计不仅考虑了经济性、与设计的成本还有设计的复杂性与工艺的深浅性。更方便了对产品毛坯的展开尺寸计算。通过对模具的主要零件图的的尺寸大小,和详细的零件结构设计,最后总汇出总装配图,使其相得益彰。40976
毕业设计内容是:托架零件成型工艺及复合模设计。毕业设计不仅仅对我是一个考验更是对我的能力和在大学四年中所学知识的一个考核表。他不仅仅能磨练我的CAD,UG水平,更能锻炼我的查阅参考文献与资料的能力,与老师交流的能力等。这次毕设让我学到了很多。
