摘要:本文主要关于汽车座椅调整支架的设计内容,详细地介绍了汽车座椅调整支架的结构特性、材料选用原则、加工工艺流程、生产压力机的选择,相关校核计算以及生产级进模的设计等方面的内容。本文主要从级进模的有关工作原理、制件的相关设计选择、级进模设计等方面着手,对本次毕业设计过程做了详细的介绍。在方案设计上,从加工要求以及经济角度出发,对三个方案进行分析与比较,最终确定出最优的十三道工序加工方案。在完成方案确定后,运用NX10.0对制件进行绘制,并完成制件排样图的设计以及进行模具结构上的设计,并对主要部件进行强度校核和计算,主要的计算包括凸凹模间隙计算,压力机,压力中心的选择等,计算后运用软件分析进行数据比较,选择较优的数据。之后选择所需的标准件,完成整个模具结构的设计。41367 毕业论文关键词:级进模;调整支架;材料;计算校核;
Forming process and progressive die design of automobile seat adjustment bracket based on NX
Abstract: This paper introduces the design content of the automobile seat adjustment bracket. The auto adjustment of the seat support structure characteristics, material selection principle, process flow, production presses, check calculation and production of progressive die design, the content is also in detail introduced in this paper. I mainly from the progressive die of the relevant working principle, parts of the design and selection, progressive die design, and so on, this graduation design to do a detailed introduction. In the design of the project, from the processing requirements and economic point of view, the three programs are analyzed and compared, and ultimately determine the optimal processing program. After the complete program to determine, using NX draw the parts, die structure design, and strength check and calculation of the main parts, the calculation of the main including calculation of clearance between punch and die, press, center of pressure, calculated using software analysis, data comparison, the choice of the optimal data. After selecting the required standard parts, in the completion of the mold design needs to be carried out on the mold movement interference analysis, testing whether there will be interference.
