毕业设计说明书(论文)中文摘要 负载模拟加载系统采用伺服阀作为控制元件,通过控制液压泵的流量和方向来实现给定负载力矩的模拟加载。作为考核随动系统工作性能的重要设备,现在广泛应用于工业的各个方面,尤其是在飞机和轮船上舵机的操纵与消摆系统。 本论文阐明了电液控制系统组成结构和系统性能的综合能力,通过matlab 搭建系统模型,进行仿真实验。进行仿真分析后,利用Simulink 中的观察器得到加载力矩图,通过调节液压泵的流量和PID 控制器来控制加载力矩的过渡时间,超调量以及稳态误差,使之达到实验目的。6560

Title Modeling and Control of the Load Simulation System
Abstract
The load simulation system uses servo valve as control elements.To achieve
a given load torque of load simulation, it controls the flow and direction
of the hydraulic pump. As an important equipment of the servo system for
examining performance, it is widely used in industry now particularly in
manipulation and eliminating the pendulum system of the steering gear in
the aircraft and ships.
This article clarifies the comprehensive ability of the electro-hydraulic
control system composition and system performance. Building the system
model and doing simulation experiments through MATLAB. By analyzing the
simulation, the scope of Simulink shows load torque diagram. To achieves
the experiment, we need to adjust the flow of the hydraulic pump and the
PID controller to control the load torque of the transition time ,
overshoot , and steady-state error.
